- Engage in “framing,” “mirroring,” or otherwise simulating the appearance or function of Elecbuz’s Services or content;

Sponsorship & Incentivized Reviews
Sponsorships allow companies to further promote their profile on Elecbuz.com by becoming a sponsor. Sponsorship increases the company’s visibility on one or more reviews pages. When users visit a review page, the default sort is to place sponsors, first in the list. Companies may be required to meet certain requirements, depending on the sponsorship they wish to purchase.
Sponsorship does not affect a company’s ranking Elecbuz nor does Sponsorship guarantee any amount of traffic, business, sales, leads or otherwise.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Elecbuz’s officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from:
- your use of and access to the Elecbuz service;
- your violation of any term of these Terms of Service;
- your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or
- any claim that one of your Ratings and/or Reviews or Comments caused damage to a third party. This defence and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms of Service and your use of the Elecbuz Service.
